Over the next 7 days practice the techniques from the blog and video.

Study your own progress and try to see when it works for you and when it doesn't and try to discover why. This self analysis is often the best way to learn.

Regular practice is the best way to improve your ability to remember names.

  • Your homework for the next week is to learn 3 names a day using this technique. These can be real people, faces on LinkedIn or other social media, or on a memory training site like Memory League (my own personal favorite).

  • At the end of each day test yourself out, see if you can recall their names.

  • Additionally, when you come across any name in daily life take the extra effort to try out the technique. This is a skill that improves over time and with practice.

  • Remember that you can also practice simply by improving your observation of differences in facial features.
